Born in Poland and raised in England, Kinga earned her degrees in Mathematics and Statistics and in Government and Politics before moving to the United States. Once here, she worked as an Account Executive with IT training companies and established an extensive network among IT professionals, both locally and nationwide. Kinga then discovered her interests and talents fit the staffing industry even better. Her staffing clients soon discovered Kinga's knack for matching the "perfect person" to a critical job that needed to be filled "yesterday." They also discovered her reputation for unquestioned integrity means more to her than any placement or fee.  Kinga describes herself simply as one whose goal is to "listen, learn, and exceed expectations."

Outside the office Kinga is an excellent cook who enjoys cooking international dishes ranging from good old fashioned Italian meals to the delicacy of Indian and Asian cuisine. She is also very devoted to her family. She and her husband Todd, owner of Willow Ridge Homes, are the proud parents of Jasmine and Joshua who fill their days with "love and laughter." Her other interests include yoga, international travel, good movies and outdoor activities with her family.
